Bionic projects - бионический проект in the technical automation - технической автоматизации.
Nature shows us the way - природа показывает нам путь.
Maximum performance - максимальная производительность with minimum energy consumption - с минимальным потреблением энергии for tomorrow’s production - для производства завтрашнего дня, bionic solutions - бионические решения for efficient automation - для эффективной автоматизации. Like the sea bird, - подобно морской птице it was modeled on - это было смоделировано в has Festo’s aqua - водах Фесто penguin is hydrodynamic - как гидродинамический пингвин. Its elegant wing proportion, - это изящная пропорция крыла and its head and tail - и его голова и хвост can move in all directions - могут перемещаться во всех направлениях. Enabling this robotic penguin – дана возможность этому автоматическому пингвину to maneuver - маневрировать in extremely small spaces - в чрезвычайно маленьких пространствах, to turn on the spot - поворачиваться на месте, and unlike - и в отличие its counterpart of its wild* – от настоящего пингвина (перевод не дословный) swim backwards – плавать назад. As autonomous - как автономные underwater vehicles, - подводные транспортные средства, these bionic penguins - эти бионические пингвины can orientate themselves - могут ориентироваться in a water pool – в бассейне and navigate - и плавать independently –самостоятельно.
With a help of 3D-sonar, - при помощи трехмерного гидролокатора, like that used by dolphins, - подобно используемому дельфинами, this also allows them – который также позволяет им to communicate - общаться with errand – с заданной environment - окружающей средой and the other robot penguins - и другими роботами пингвинами to help, for instance – помогает, к примеру, avoiding collisions – избегать столкновений.
With air penguin, - с воздушным пингвином the Festo engineers – инженеры Фесто created artificial penguins - создали искусственных пингвинов, that are master of the rules - которые справляются с правилами of autonomous flight - автономного полета. The pre-condition - предварительным условие for this was development - для этого было развитие of the control technology - технологии контроля into self-regulating - в саморегулируемых biomechatronic systems - биомеханических электронных системах, that in future could well be used - которые в будущем могли бы использоваться in an adapted production – в адаптированном для этого производстве. The penguins moved within a space - пингвины двигаются в пространстве, whose boundaries are determined - границы которого определены by the ultrasound transmitters - ультразвуковыми передатчиками. Micro-controls – очень малый по размерам контроль управления give penguins free – предоставляет пингвинам свободу will to explore the space - чтобы исследовать пространство.
The bionic tripod illustrates how bionic design principles which were used on the heads and tails of the penguins can make a contribution to energy efficient and flexible automation. It uses the bionic “fin layer effect”, which is derived from the tail fin of a fish. The three very fine extendable and retractable glass fiber rods reduce the moving mass allowing the maximum freedom of the movement, up to 90 degrees in all directions. The fin gripper gives the bionic tripod and adaptive grip of that allows it to grip wood pieces of various shapes and sizes just as hand would. It also demonstrates the depth sensitive touches of real fingertips, gripping even fragile or irregularly shaped objects securely and offering completely new possibilities in assembling and handling technology.
The interactive wall demonstrates a new dynamic and interactive form of architecture. Combining the benefits of the bionic fin layer effect with the latest automation technology from Festo. The interactive wall can follow up free selected pattern of movement and interact spontaneously movement with people in front of it. A person’s behavior previews a certain reactions in the wall and full movement, lighten and music in real time.
With all the fav, the young researchers have made a big hit. By using I-ped wrap it prototyping so far only used in industry could make 3D-printing affordable for use at home. From plastics to chocolate I-fav can print a variety of different materials.
In the technical training of the future, molecules could soon be playing an important role. These cubes each fitted with computer chip adopt onto each other. Each new arrival is communicated to other cubes, and sharing both energy supplying and their transmission are maintained. Molecubes are a fascinating way for the young people to build and program their own robots.
Cutting edge technology is being developed through the Festo bionic-learning network, a group in which Festo collaborates with leading universities, institutes and developing companies. The festo bionic learning network has over the past few years become an established pod of Festo’s quest for innovation.
