Actress Jennifer Aniston spoke with Julie Chen about the troubles with dating and her new film, He's Just Not That Into You.
Jennifer Aniston is among the stars in the new romantic comedy, “He’s just not that into you.” The story involves a group of thirty something trying to decide for the dating scene is succeed at happily ever after. I recently talked with her about the movie and something new that she’s into, directing.
There are many people who never get married. Look at Al Pacino. Never been married. Happy as clam. But that it mine, would I be Al Pacino? In this scenario? In He’s just not that into you, Jennifer Aniston plays a woman who longs to walk down the isle. To her long time boyfriend, just isn’t the marrying kind.
Have you ever had to tell a friend, He’s just not that into you? I don’t work hard… not the worse, No, ha… I don’t think I have, honestly it’s been pretty clear, I mean .. it’s pretty clear when you feel that someone is or isn’t? I’ve had people say, Honey, I think he is gay. And you say… what? We get along so well…
“I just need you to stop being nice to me unless you’re gonna marry me.” “This feels like a trick.”
Aniston is currently not married, but her recent GQ cover would surely help make her a candidate for America’s most eligible woman. Now this busy and beautiful actress is looking to make name for herself by carving out of career on the other side of the camera.
You have a lot of projects going on. Yah..! Are you interested in directing? I am interested in directing! I have directed Shore a couple of years ago at Glamour. Glamour’s real moment’s film series gives actors like Aniston a chance to bring their creative vision into focus.
I enjoyed it and I just really enjoyed the process. The editing room was one of my favorite parts of it, it just sort of being able to pull a part and put it all back together, again. After you directed that Shore, did you bring something to next project a little bit differently? Because you were in the shoes of a director? I was always a little bossy,
“He’s just not that into you” arrives in theaters in time for Valentines Day. And it just might inspire women to take charge and ask their men out! I think it seems like a great date film. What makes a great date? Well thought out, you know simple, just grab and be going able to great restaurant and great conversation and you know walk on the beach… it’s always one to be walked on.
