Alternative dispute resolution (ADR). - Альтернативное решение спора.

Now, all of you know - сейчас, все вы знаете, that business relations can go sour - что деловые отношения могут пойти на спад, and sometimes deals are broken - и иногда отношения разрываются, and the solution needs to be reached - и, поэтому, решение должно быть достигнуто.

That’s why I want to talk to you today - именно поэтому я хочу говорить с вами сегодня about ADR or Alternative Dispute Resolution - о ADR или альтернативном решении спора.
